Formed in 2013, Mr. Michael Arrington started Provisions Construction & Development, Inc., after successfully working nine years as President and Managing Member of ACY Contractors, LLC. Provision current list of clientele, created through the establishment of long-term relationships, was based on an expectation of quality and service. Based out of Orlando, Florida, Provisions Construction & Development, Inc. is a full-service Certified General Contracting firm.

Mr. Michael Arrington, President and CEO of Provisions Construction & Development, Inc. has over 17 years of experience providing construction related services to public and private clients throughout Central Florida.
Mr. Arrington graduated from Florida A&M University with a Bachelor of Science, Construction Engineering Technology in Tallahassee, Florida. He is a licensed General Contractor with the State of Florida (CGC1509254). Additionally, Mr. Arrington is certified in OSHA 10hr., American Red Cross Adult CPR and First Aid, and Advanced MOT.
Professional affiliations include the Omega Psi Phi Fraternity, Inc., NAACP, Black Business Investment Fund, and the African American Chamber of Commerce. He has served on the Pine Hills Redevelopment Task Force, Washington Shores Redevelopment Task Force, and as a Program Mentor for the Home Builders Institute.
