Provisions performed as a prime subcontractor under Hensel Phelps. The scope involved the installation of Sitework, construction laydown areas, rental equipment, heavy equipment operation, maintenance of access roads, general labor, and construction clean-up. The scope also included the installation of toll booths at toll plazas.
Provisions performed as the prime subcontractor under Hensel Phelps. The scope involved the construction of all CMU walls for the newly completed parking garage at the Orlando International Airport. The project consisted of the construction of IDF rooms, Mechanical, Electrical, and Fire Pump rooms.
This project involved a complete demolition of approximately 2000 sq dry cleaner and converted it into two usable tenant spaces. The project was on an active/occupied shopping center. Scope included Demolition, Asbestos Abatement, Drywall, Painting, Flooring, Toilet Accessories, Mechanical, Electrical, & Plumbing.
Renovation of an existing food court and Burger King. Also included new MKT fresh food market. All areas of the existing structure were upgraded including but not limited to Fire Sprinkler Systems, Fire Alarm, Mechanical, Electrical, Plumbing Upgrades, Food Service Equipment, and Millwork.
A completed 83,700 sqft elementary school replacement. The project included demolition of the existing facility and the construction of a two-story classroom building along with new athletic facilities, parent/teacher parking, and drop-offs, bus loop, as well as new landscape and irrigation.
This was a Provisions Construction & Development Design-Build project in the City of Kissimmee. The project consists of converting existing space into a bakery which included demolition, protection of existing equipment, installation of a commercial kitchen hood, suppression system, grease trap, along with other improvements such as mechanical, electrical, new restrooms, flooring, and painting.
Provisions are one of the Construction Manager Partners with Barton Malow on this $47 million renovation to the existing Camping World Stadium. Provisions are also self-performing a portion of the work as a Prime Subcontractor providing logistical support for the Project. Some of our self-perform work includes temporary fencing, MOT, temporary walls, handrails, and other support throughout the project.
Provisions performed work as a prime subcontractor. Responsible for the Precast Concrete System, using precast concrete beams, planks, and pile caps, to allow for required ADA modifications.
Provisions staff performed as a partner on the CM team providing Project Management services for this e construction on this 2.3-acre site. The project includes major renovations to the existing facility, including Repair and Replacing Stucco, Caulking, EIFS, Fireproofing, New Fire Alarm System, HVAC System, Low Voltage modifications, and Replace CEP Plant including new Chillers, Pumps and associated support systems, and Painting.
Provisions staff performed as a partner on the CM team providing Project Management services for the construction on this 2.3-acre site. The project features New Hardscape, Landscape/Irrigation, and Site Amenities, for this plush green lawn site in the heart of the Downtown’s, Creative Village.
The project consists of improvements made throughout the entire park. Features include New Lake Fountain, Hardscapes, Restroom Facilities, Site Furnishings, Nature Boardwalk, Event Patio, Handicap Accessible Playground, Splash Pad, Miniature Arnold Palmer Bay Hill Golf Course, and Community Garden.
